Reserved Seating Coming Soon!

Online Seat Selection

If you’ve ever been to a concert or sporting event where your ticket actually lists your individual seat location (ie. D4), you know how comforting it is to know that you’re space/seat is saved just for you.  We think this is how it should be for movies too, and we’re about to bring it you!  In the coming week or two, we’re going to enable individual seat selection when you purchase your tickets.  Never again will you have to wonder where you’re going to sit or stress in the concession line about not getting the seat you want.  Whether you purchase your ticket online, or in-person at the box office, you’ll have the opportunity to pick where you want to sit (from the seats that are available).

We’d love to hear your feedback as we implement this new convenience for you!

HURRY!!!!! WE CANNOT WAIT – HOPE IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO A DAY OR TWO BEFORE…WE HAD THIS SYSTEM IN SINGAPORE AND IT IS GREAT! So Civilized of you!

  3. Gerry,

You’ll be able to purchase in advance just like you can now… as soon as showtimes are published for the following week (usually on Monday or Tuesday for the upcoming Friday through Thursday week), you’ll be able to buy a ticket and select your seat!

    Jill,

I think we’ve got great seats throughout all of our auditoriums, but I also understand when people only want to sit in certain places in the theater.

Thanks for your comments and feedback!

Well for a short person this is not so good. I always pick a seat in person, where a tall person isn’t sitting in front of me, otherwise I would not get to see all of the screen.

  5. Hello Claudia,

Our rows for all of our seats are staggered pretty significantly. I think you’d need a really tall person in front of you to make a difference. Have you ever had any trouble seeing while seated in one of our auditoriums?

    Steve,
I usually change seats at least one time before I get my final seat, depending who sits in front of me.

Subtitles are easily blocked by folks in front of you if you are short.

  8. Hi Claudia,

My mother is pretty short (about 4’10″) and I don’t think she’s ever had a problem with a taller person in front of her at Living Room. I’ll check sight lines at that height and see how it is. I’m pretty sure there will be some way to accommodate you. If you find yourself hopelessly blocked by a man in a tall yellow hat (Curious George reference) or feel like you won’t have a good view for your movie, please talk to our manager or assistant manager. If you end up having a bad experience as a result of reserved seating, would you please e-mail me and we can discuss it with you? My e-mail is my first name @ livingroomtheaters.com. Perhaps you can help us come to a great solution for all.

    Thanks again,
    Steve
